This is a 3 week full body challenge. I personally dropped 5 pounds & inches on this program (During the first 3 Weeks, now it's at 12lbs in a month and a half). I have added things to my personal workout regimen to make it a well rounded full body workout for you. This program is good for all fitness levels and body types. You go at your own pace but consistency is key. You won't need any additional workout with this challenge. This is my 2nd challenge group and I look forward to checking in with you all daily.
