A small reminder of how far I've come in my own personal journey. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I started a diet in 2013. When I started gaining muscle my scale went up and that made me quit. I had limited knowledge at the time when it came to fitness. By 2015 I reached my highest weight of 200lbs. I was insecure and forced to be in front of people because of my company. After the embracement I went into hiding and eventually I decided to take control my life for the better. It took me 6 consistent months to drop 50lbs at home. It took me an equal amount of time and research to gain enough to get a peach. I've experienced every part of the fitness journeys. I hope that these programs based of my personal experiences and my book Homebody can inspire you along your journey.
